Registration Process

Once we receive your information:

  1. We will verify all information to make sure everything is correct.
  2. We will send you an email with the information we have received so you can verify it.
  3. You must respond to our email and confirm that the information is correct and you approve it.
  4. When we receive your response via email, we will submit your request to the Secretary of State.
  5. When the Secretary of State approves your application, we will file your business with the IRS and obtain your tax ID/EIN.
  6. We will create an operating agreement and email all your files to you.
