Once we receive your information:
- We will verify all information to make sure everything is correct.
- We will send you an email with the information we have received so you can verify it.
- You must respond to our email and confirm that the information is correct and you approve it.
- When we receive your response via email, we will submit your request to the Secretary of State.
- When the Secretary of State approves your application, we will file your business with the IRS and obtain your tax ID/EIN.
- We will create an operating agreement and email all your files to you.
