You can cancel your registration order by 6:00 pm PST and receive a full refund before the registration has been filed with the Secretary of State.
Please note; Orders that have been processed with the Secretary of State, cannot be refunded because SECRETARY OF STATE DOES NOT REFUND REGISTRATION FEES.
